One would expect from the listing that this item is designed to fit nicely over the box-shaped tissue dispensers. But it is waaaaay too big. Although nicely constructed, it is 1. 5″ too wide (in both dimensions) and nearly 2″ too tall. This means the tissue box flops around inside this cover, and the top of the tissue box is 2″ away from the bottom of the dispenser hole in the top of the dispenser.
The dimensions of the item listed in the Amazon listing are incorrect. They were so far off, I figured they must be referring to the packaging. But the fact is this item is about 6″ x 6″ x 7″ tall – not 6x6x9 as listed. Still, at 6x6x7, it is way too big for a standard tissue dispenser.
But is is pretty.
