This scale is terrific, simple and accurate! I wanted a scale that just measured weight accurately, without memory or special features, and this scale is perfect. It measures in . 2 pounds, which I like and it fluctuates very little if you weigh yourself a few times to check its consistency.
The only reason I don’t give it five stars is that it is a little hard to figure out how to sweep your foot across it to turn it on, the picture in the directions isn’t very clear. Because my ceiling is sloped, I move it out from the wall every time I use it. It turns on even if I set it down very gently, so turning it on has never been a problem for me.

My personal battle of the bulge requires a precise, reliable scale to keep me aware and honest. I bought another highly recommended scale and actually gave it away after discovering it showed weights in a range of 5 pounds when I repeated use within a minute or so. Some serious scale research lead me to the Amazon site and pointed me to SECA Clara 803, and after several weeks I am thoroughly satisfied with it’s accuracy. There can occasionally be a slight (. 20) differential if I go back on in a different position, but that satisfies even my obsessiveness. So nice to have a product important to me that does what it says it will do.

This is an awesome scale. Very accurate, and reads in 2 10ths of a pound increments. The scale is slightly awkward to turn on the first few tries -you just have to “skid” it ever-so-slightly to make it “wake-up” but once you learn to wake it up, it is very easy.
Also, attractive design and very easy to clean/dust.

This scales is very nice and has clean lines. I would recommend these scales! I was very surprised how light weight they are.
